Abstract:

“ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan menginformasikan dan menganalisis bagaimana pelaksanaan pelayanan public yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk mempergunakan kewenanngannya yang sudah diatur pada perundang-undangan apakah selaras atau tidak dengan ketentuan. Beberapa fungsi hukum administrasi negara yakni sebagai fungsi instrumental, normative, serta jaminan hukum, dimana seluruhnya adalah separuh dari implementasi demi terwujudnya pemerintah yang baik, selaras dengan prinsip sebuah negara hukum. Penelitian berfokus terhadap fungsi hukum administrasi negara demi mewujudkan terselenggaranya pemerintah yang baik serta usaha hukum administrasi negara demi terwujudnya pemerintahan yang baik. Penelitian mempergunakan metode hukum penelitian empiris serta teknik pengolahan data kualitatif dengan metode penulisan mencakup sumber bahan hukum, pendekatan permasalahan, serta analisis bahan hukum untuk mendapatkan data yang terkonseptual. Hasil yang tersaji pada tulisan ini yakni bagaimana pemerintah yang baik berkaitan dengan hukum administrasi negara. Kata Kunci : Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan , Hukum Administrasi Negara, Pemerintahan Yang Baik. Some of the functions of state administrative law, namely as an instrumental, normative, and legal guarantee function, awhere all are half of the implementation for the realization of good government, in accordance with the principle of a rule law. . The research focuses on the function of state administrative law in order to realize the implementation of good government and state administrative law efforts for the realization of good governance. The research uses empirical legal research methods and qualitative data processing techniques with writing methods including sources of legal materials, problem approaches, and analysis of legal materials to obtain conceptual data.
