Abstract:

“ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penulisan karya ilmiah ini guna mengetahui pengaturan hukum terkait pencantuman daftar harga barang dan tarif jasa serta implementasi pelaku usaha Rumah Makan Pondok Duo terkait penerapan pencantuman harga barang dan tarif jasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian empiris yang menekankan pada langkah-langkah observasi dan analisis yang bersifat empiris kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada Rumah Makan Pondok Duo yaitu pelaku usaha tersebut tidak mengetahui adanya pemberlakuan regulasi mengenai kewajiban penetapan harga barang maupun tarif jasa yang diperjualbelikan melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dan juga Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 35/MEN-DAG/PER/7/2013 mengenai Pencantuman Harga Barang dan Tarif Jasa yang Diperdagangkan yang merupakan suatu cara dari pemerintah dalam rangka memberikan jaminan pelindungan terhadap konsumen dan juga memberikan hak bagi para konsumen dalam mendapatkan informasi terkait dengan pencatatan harga barang atau tarif jasa yang diperjualbelikan. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Konsumen, Harga Menu Makanan, Pelaku Usaha ABSTRACT The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to find out the legal arrangements related to the inclusion of the list of prices for goods and service tariffs as well as the implementation of the Pondok Duo Restaurant business actors regarding the implementation of the inclusion of prices for goods and service tariffs. The research method used is an empirical research method that emphasizes the steps of observation and analysis that are empirical and qualitative. The data source used is Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The results of the research conducted at the Pondok Duo Restaurant are that the business actor is not aware of the implementation of regulations regarding the obligation to set prices for goods and services traded through Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and also Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 35/MEN- DAG/PER/7/2013 concerning Inclusion of Prices of Traded Goods and Tariffs for Services, which is a way of the government in order to guarantee protection for consumers and also provides rights for consumers to obtain information related to recording prices of goods or tariffs for services traded.
