Abstract:

“ABSTRAK Kanker payudara adalah salah satu kanker yang paling sering ditemukan. Kejadian kanker payudaradipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu salah satunya meningkatnya usia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui karakteristik kanker payudara pada geriatri di RSUP Sanglah tahun 2015-2017 berdasarkanusia, stadium, tipe histologi, grading dan metastasis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif denganrancangan penelitian potong-lintang. Subjek penelitian adalah 52 pasien geriatri dengan kanker payudarayang diambil pada tanggal 1 Januari 2015 hingga 31 Desember 2017. Data penelitian adalah data sekunderyang diambil dari Instalasi Rekam Medis dan SMF Onkologi RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan frekuensi kejadian kanker payudara paling tinggi terjadi pada rentang usia ?65-70 sebanyak37 pasien (71,2%). Angka kejadian kanker payudara tertinggi didapatkan pada stadium IV yaitu 13 orang (25%), didapatkan juga tipe histopatologi pada kejadian kanker payudara tertinggi yaitu tipe invasivecarcinoma no spesial type yaitu 41 pasien (78,8%). Grading tertinggi pada kanker payudara adalah gradeIII dengan angka kejadian 27 pasien (51,9%). Angka kejadian kanker payudara lebih banyak tanpametastasis yaitu 39 pasien (75%) dan kejadian kanker payudara dengan metastasis dengan angka kejadian13 pasien (25%).
