Abstract:

“ABSTRAK Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini adalah mengetahui pendaftaran dan perlindungan hak cipta dalam Undang-Undang Hak Cipta. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif, metode penelitian normatif adalah metode penelitian dengan menggunakan pengkajian berdasarkan bahan hukum. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) yang dilakukan dengan mengacu pada peraturan perundang-undangan serta regulasi yang bersangkutan. Adapun persoalan yang diangkat adalah pengaturan Hak Cipta berdasarkan Undang-Undang Hak Cipta dan Bagaimanakah perlindungan hukum terhadap pendaftaran Hak Cipta Permainan Tradisional berdasarkan ketentuan Undang-Undang Hak Cipta. Dalam Undang-Undang Hak Cipta ini menunjukan bahwa masih terdapat kekaburan norma sesuai dengan ketentuannya dengan Pasal 38 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Hukum, Pendaftaran, Permainan Tradisional. ABSTRACT The purpose of writing this journal is to know the registration and protection of copyright in the Copyright Act. This paper uses normative research methods, normative research methods are research methods using studies based on legal materials. The approach used is a statutory approach (statute approach) which is carried out by referring to the relevant laws and regulations. The issues raised are the regulation of Copyright based on the Copyright Act and how is the legal protection for the registration of Copyright for Traditional Games based on the provisions of the Copyright Act This Copyright Law shows that there is still a blurring of norms in accordance with the provisions of Article 38 paragraph (1) of Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright Key Words: Legal Protection.
