Abstract:

“Penelitian ini tujuannya dalam rangka mengetahui konsep perizinan usaha pada bidang lingkungan hidup dengan berlandaskan pada UU No.32 Tahun 2009 perihal Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan yuridis normatif berdasarkan bahan hukum primer. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pada UU Cipta Kerja pemberian izin diberikan oleh pemerintahan pusat dimana hal ini didasarkan pada penghitungan tingkat bahaya serta nilai potensial yang ada pada aspek lingkungan, keselamatan, serta penggunaan sumber daya. Bilamana ada pelanggaran yang penerima izin lakukan, dengan demikian konsekuensinya adalah pencabutan izin usaha.
