Abstract:

“ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberi wawasan bag massyarakat tentang perjanjian yang ssering mereka ciptakan. Juga menjadi media untuk memberi tahu tentang perjanjian yang sah itu adalah perjanjian yang seperti apa. Terlebih memberi wawasan tentang keabsahan perjanjian lisan yang kerap digunakan dilingkungan masyarakat. Dalam penulisan ini digunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Yang dimana penelitian hukum Normatif ialah penelitian yang di lakukan menggunakan cara menelaah bahan yang berasal dari berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan maupun bahan lain dari berbagai literatur yang sesuai terkait yang akan di bahas di penulisan ini. Haasilnya ditemukan bahwa perjanjian lisan sekalipun yang tidak memiliki akta tetap dikatakan sah selagi memenui unsur syarat sahnya sebuah perjanjian. Tidak hanya hanya sah, perjanjian lisan juga bisa digunakan dalam proses Peradilan Perdata sebagai alat bukti. Kata Kunci: Perjanjian, Perjanjian Lisan, Sah, Peradilan Perdata, Alat Bukti, ABSTRACT The goals of this writing is to give people a knowledge about agreement that they ussaly did. Also to become a media to tell them about what a legitimate agreement are. Especially to educate them a legal standing about the verbal agreement that they often doing in society. In this writing are using law research normative method. Wich is the research that using the law or other litellatur that are connected with these topics. The result are founded that the legal agreement are legal even without any paper as long as they fit according a condition on the law.
