Abstract:

“ABSTRAK Melihat dari perkembangan serta populasi manusia di Indonesia yang sangat pesat menyebabkan kebutuhan akan tanah semankin meningkat. Dikarenakan minat masyarakat akan tanah yang semakin meningkat menyebabkan marak terjadinya persoalan akan kasus-kasus pertanahan. Dalam kasus pertanahan yang marak terjadi di tanah air penting adanya sebuah wadah serta peraturan untuk menengahi dan menangani adanya persoalan pertanahan tersebut agar dapat mengurangi serta menyelesaikan persoalan kasus-kasus tanah di tanah air ini agar tidak semakin marak terjadi. Maka dari itu Badan Pertanahan Nasional mengeluarkan produk hukum berupa sertipikat agar tanah yang di miliki seseorang memiliki kekuatan hukum dan tidak dapat di gugat oleh orang lain.
