Abstract:

“ABSTRAK Tujuan studi ini adalah memahami pelaksanaan pemenuhan upah pekerja jasa villa di Kecamatan Tampaksiring Kabupaten Gianyar dan mengetahui kendala dalam pelaksanaan pemenuhan upah pekerja jasa villa di Kecamatan Tampaksiring Kabupaten Gianyar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan fakta dan pendekatan Undang-Undang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pelaksanaan pemenuhan upah pekerja jasa villa di Kecamatan Tampaksiring Kabupaten Gianyar berdasarkan Keputusan Gubernur Bali Nomor 532/03-M/HK/2020 tentang Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota Tahun 2021belum berjalan ekeftif dilaksanakan oleh pengusaha villa tersebut yang berakibat kepada pekerja itu sendiri. Kendala dalam pelaksanaan pemenuhan upah pekerja jasa villa di Kecamatan Tampaksiring Kabupaten Gianyar yaitu menurunnya jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung, biaya operasional yang tinggi, dan pembatalan booking kamar atau terselenggaranya acara di villa. Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan, Pemenuhan upah, pekerja villa. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to understand the implementation of the fulfillment of wages for villa service workers in Tampaksiring District, Gianyar Regency and to know the obstacles in implementing the fulfillment of wages for villa service workers in Tampaksiring District, Gianyar Regency. The research method used in this study is an empirical legal research method with a fact approach and a law approach. The results showed that the implementation of fulfilling the wages of villa service workers in Tampaksiring District, Gianyar Regency based on the Bali Governor’s Decree Number 532/03-M/HK/2020 concerning the 2021 Regency/City Minimum Wage has not been carried out effectively by the villa entrepreneur which resulted in the workers themselves. . Obstacles in fulfilling the wages of villa service workers in Tampaksiring District, Gianyar Regency, namely the decrease in the number of tourists visiting, high operational costs, and cancellation of room bookings or holding events at the villa.
