Abstract:

“ABSTRAK Tujuan dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui terkait pengaruh cuti bersama berdasarkan surat edaran gubernur Bali terhadap pelayanan kantor pos denpasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan jurnal ini ialah metode penelitian hukum empiris yang memuat dua aspek penting yaitu penelitian terhadap efektivitas hukum serta penelitian terhadap identifikasi hukum. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa arahan dari Gubernur Bali berdasarkan surat edaran dengan nomor : 003.1/12955/PK/BKD sangat berpangaruh terhadap pelayanan PT Pos Indonesia selaku badan usaha milik negara. PT Pos Indonesia melalui direksinya membuat keputusan direksi pos tentang hari libur dan petugas dinas dengan menyatakan bahwa kegiatan pelayanan pengiriman logistik oleh PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) hanya berhenti pada Hari Raya Natal. Dan diluar hari tersebut pelayanan pengiriman logistik oleh PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) tetap berlangsung. Keputusan direksi tersebut menjadi dasar bagi PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) dalam melakukan operasional agar mampu tetap melaksanakan pelayananan pengiriman logistik ke seluruh wilayah di Indonesia, sehingga semua kiriman menjadi tepat waktu. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan, Logistik, Surat Edaran ABSTRACT The purpose of the implementation of this study was to determine the effect of collective leave based on a circular from the governor of Bali on Denpasar post office services. The research method used in the process of making this journal is an empirical legal research method which contains two important aspects, namely research on legal effectiveness and research on legal identification. The results of the study show that the direction from the Governor of Bali based on a circular number: 003.1 / 12955 / PK / BKD greatly influences the services of PT Pos Indonesia as a state-owned enterprise. PT Pos Indonesia through its directors made a decision by postal directors regarding holidays and service officers by stating that logistics delivery service activities by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) only stopped on Christmas Day. And outside that day, the logistics delivery service by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) continues. The decision of the board of directors is the basis for PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in carrying out operations in order to be able to continue to carry out logistics delivery services to all regions in Indonesia, so that all shipments are on time.
