Abstract:
“ABSTRAK Aborsi adalah tindakan untuk mengakhiri masa kehamilan dengan sengaja sebelum janin dapat hidup di luar kandungan. Perilaku ini bertentangan dengan hukum di Indonesia, dan tercantum dalam Pasal 346 KUHP tentang Kejahatan Terhadap Kehidupan. Terlepas dari kenyataan bahwa aborsi adalah ilegal, sebagian besar aborsi masih dilakukan pada perempuan karena berbagai alasan karena undang-undang dan peraturan saat ini kurang toleran terhadap situasi di mana perempuan dipaksa untuk melakukan aborsi. Aborsi sering dapat dibagi menjadi dua kategori: aborsi yang tidak disengaja dan aborsi yang disengaja. Aborsi yang terjadi secara tidak sengaja dan tanpa adanya tindakan yang disengaja dikenal sebagai aborsi yang tidak disengaja. Sebaliknya, aborsi yang disengaja adalah aborsi yang terjadi karena suatu pilihan. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti akan menggunakan teknik studi literatur untuk mengupas lebih dalam permasalahan yang dihadapi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap negara memiliki hukum aborsi yang berbeda. Kata Kunci: Aborsi, Hukum, Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana ABSTRACT Abortion is an act to intentionally end a pregnancy before the fetus can live outside the womb. this behavior is against the law in Indonesia, and is listed in Article 346 of the Criminal Code concerning Crimes Against Life. Despite the fact that abortion is illegal, most abortions are still performed on women for various reasons as current laws and regulations are less tolerant of situations where women are forced to have abortions. Abortions can often be divided into two categories: harmless abortions and harmless abortions. Abortions that occur accidentally and without any countermeasures are known as harmless abortions. Anti, winning abortion is an abortion that occurs by choice. In this study, researchers will use literature study techniques to explore more deeply the problems they face.
