Abstract:

“Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk memahami bentuk perlindungan konsumen terhadap penyediaan kantong alternatif ramah lingkungan berdasarkan Peraturan Walikota Nomor 36 Tahun 2018 dan faktor-faktor penghambat penyediaan kantong alternatif ramah lingkungan oleh pelaku usaha. Penelitian hukum empiris menjadi jenis dari penelitian ini. Hasil yang dapat dikemukakan yaitu pelaksanaan Peraturan Walikota Denpasar Nomor 36 Tahun 2018 kurang efektif karena peraturan ini tidak memberikan kepuasan bagi pihak konsumen. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya berada pada penerapan hokum dan penegak hukumnya serta partisipasi masyarakat juga sangat dibutuhkan agar terciptanya penyediaan kantong plastic alternative ramah lingkungan di Denpasar.Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Konsumen, Plastik, Kantong Alternatif ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the form of consumer protection against the provision of environmentally friendly alternative bags based in Mayor Regulations Number 36 or 2018 for used inhibiting factory for think provision of environmentally friendly alternative bags by business actors.
