Abstract:

“ABSTRAK Acne vulgaris merupakan penyakit yang memiliki banyak faktor risiko salah satunya stres. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kejadian acne vulgaris dengan stres. Kejadian acne vulgaris pada remaja di Indonesia cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan stress dengan kejadian acne vulgaris pada siswa kelas III di SMAN 1 Gianyar. Penelitian bersifat analitik cross-sectional, dilakukan dengan mengobservasi langsung adanya acne vulgaris dan membagikan kuesioner PSS-10 untuk menentukan stres kepada 90 orang responden yang dilaksanakan pada Bulan September 2017. Data dianalisis secara bivariat dan multivariat. Dari hasil analisis bivariat dan multivariat terliat bahwa kejadian stres (P=0,004) dan riwayat keluarga acne (P=0,036) secara statistic berhubungan dengan kejadian acne vulgaris. Pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara stress dengan kejadian acne vulgaris pada siswa kelas III di SMAN 1 Gianyar. From the results of bivariate and multivariate analyzes, it was observed that stress incidence (P = 0.004) and family history of acne (P = 0.036) were statistically related to the occurrence of acne vulgaris. In this study can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between stress with the incidence of acne vulgaris in third grade students in SMAN 1 Gianyar.
