Abstract:

“Resiliensi merupakan salah satu faktor yang berkaitan erat dengan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan pasien hemodialisis. Resiliensi bertindak sebagai faktor protektif yang berperan dalam meningkatkan adaptasi pasien dan keterampilannya dalam melakukan strategi koping yang positif. Riset mengenai resiliensi pada pasien hemodialisis masih terus berkembang dan belum diketahui secara jelas mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi resiliensi pada pasien hemodialisis. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan resiliensi pada pasien hemodialisis. Desain yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review yang pencarian literaturnya dilakukan melalui beberapa database seperti PubMed, Science Direct, dan ProQuest. Sebanyak lima artikel dibahas dalam studi ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat resiliensi pada pasien hemodialisis masih dalam kategori rendah hingga moderat. Faktor sosio-demografi, faktor terkait kondisi hemodialisis, kesejahteraan spiritual, resiliensi keluarga, dukungan sosial, stres, harga diri dan depresi ditemukan berhubungan dengan resiliensi. Kesimpulan studi ini adalah faktor-faktor sosio-demografi dan psikososial dapat dipertimbangkan dalam menyusun strategi untuk meningkatkan resiliensi pada pasien hemodialisis. Peningkatan resiliensi harus menjadi fokus dalam perawatan pasien hemodialisis sehingga mendukung tercapainya kualitas hidup yang lebih baik.”
