Abstract:

“Kemajuan teknologi menyebabkan munculnya tren penggunaan kantor virtual yang digunakan oleh Perusahaan salah satunya Perseroan Terbatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui legalitas penggunaan kantor virtual di Indonesia. Dalam jurnal ini menggunakan metode penelitian normative dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan analitis. Hasil yang dari penelitian adalah penggunaan kantor virtual tidak menyalahi peraturan semasih berada di wilayah NKRI. Kantor virtual tidak dapat digunakan bagi PT yang terdaftar sebagai PKP karena dalam proses pengukuhan PKP akan dilakukan inpeksi lapangan.
