Abstract:

“Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum terhadap hak konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Mataram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan sosiologis yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Mataram diatur pada Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit dan Undang-Undang Nomor 36 tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan. This study aims to determine the legal protection of consumer rights in using health services in the city of Mataram. The research method used is empirical legal research with a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a sociological approach which is then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this study indicate that legal protection for consumers legal protection for consumers in using health services in the city of Mataram is regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Hospitals and Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health.”
