IDENTIFIKASI KASUS KREDIT MACET DALAM UPAYA PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM

Abstract:

“Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi Jenis-jenis kredit dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kredit macet pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan untuk menganalisis Penyelesaian Kasus Kredit Macet dan Upaya Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Koperasi Simpan Pinjam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara sistematis yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitan normatif. Penelitian yuridis normatif merupakan penelitian hukum kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan-bahan kepustakaaan atau data sekunder. Hasil dalam kajian ini terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal yang menjadi penghambat kredit macet dalam sebuah koperasi serta upaya menyelesaikan kredit macet ada upaya yang dilakukan oleh koperasi seperti melakukan pemanggilan kepada debitur untuk dapat menyelesaikan masalah. The purpose of this study is to identify the types of credit and the factors that cause bad credit in the US Savings and Loan Cooperatives and to analyze the Settlement of Bad Credit Cases and Legal Protection Efforts against Savings and Loan Cooperatives.This research was conducted in a systematic way, namely using the type of normative research. U-juridical normative research is a legal literature research conducted by researching library materials or secondary data. The results in this study there are internal and external factors that become obstacles to bad loans in a cooperative and efforts to resolve bad loans have efforts made by cooperatives such as making calls to debtors to be able to solve problems.”
