Abstract:

“Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan mengenai standar-standar etika di persidangan serta peran etika dalam menunjang asas-asas peradilan akan dengan melakukan kajuan mengkaji implementasi etika profesi di persidangan melalui penelitian deskriptif analitis yang didukung dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakanserta data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui standar etika yang belaku di persidangan dan perannya dalam menunjang asas-asas peradilan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diketahui bahwasanya meskipun kode etik memegang peran penting dan memiliki standar-standar yang jelas, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih sering dikesampingkan guna memenuhi kepentingan pribadi. This research is expected to add insight into the ethical standards in court and the role of ethics in supporting the principles of justice by examining the implementation of professional ethics in court through descriptive analytical research supported by a qualitative approach that uses primary and secondary data. The research aims to determine the ethical standards that apply in court and their role in supporting the principles of justice. With this research, it is known that although the code of ethics plays an important role and has clear standards, but in its implementation it is still often put aside to fulfill personal interests.”
