Abstract:

“Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis penyebab terjadinya pelanggaran hak cipta lagu pada platform tiktok dan menjelaskan akibat hukum atas pelanggaran aransemen tanpa izin di platform tiktok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode hukum normatif dengan cara deskriptif melalui pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa penyebab terjadinya pelanggaran hak cipta pada platform tiktok terdiri dari berbagai faktor yaitu, ekonomi, budaya, teknologi, penegak hukum, pengangguran, dan lingkungan, untuk akibat hukum atas pelanggaran aransemen tanpa izin di platform tiktok yaitu akan menimbulkan permasalahan yang dapat diselesaikan melalui jalur litigasi dan non litigasi. Kata Kunci: Aransemen, Hak cipta, Lagu, Tiktok. The results of the study show that the causes of copyright infringement on the TikTok platform consist of various factors, namely, the economy, culture, technology, law enforcement, unemployment, and the environment. for legal consequences for violating arrangements without permission on the TikTok platform, which will cause problems that can be resolved through litigation and non-litigation.
