Abstract:

“Dalam pembuatan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendata apa saja tanggungjawab pemilik perusahaan atau pengusaha atas keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerjanya terutama wanita dalam sistem shift malam, dalam pembuatan artikel ini menggunakan metode penetilian normatif yang menngunakan bahan hukum primer beberapa dikutip dari peraturan perundang-undangan dan bahan hukum sekunder yang berasal dari sebuah karya ilmiah, hasil penelitian, buku dan media internet atau website. Hasil penelitian ini adalah memperjelas bagaimana bentuk tanggungjawab pengusaha atas keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja wanita yang bekerja menggunakan sistem shift malam dan apa saja faktor menyebab kecelakaan dalam bekerja tersebut bisa terjadi dan bagaimana langkah-langkah pencagahan agar kecelakaan tersebut tidak terulang kembali yang dimana telah tertuang dalam Undang-undang nomor 13 tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan, Undang-undang nomor 8 tahun 1981 tentang perlindungan upah, Undang-undang nomor 3 tahun 1992 tentang jaminan sosial tenaga kerja, Undang-undang nomor 1 tahun 1970 tentang keselamatan kerja, pentingnya mengangkat judul artikel yang saya buat guna bagaimana prosedur kelayakan keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja telah diatur dalam suatu Peraturan Perundang undangan.Kata Kunci : Tanggungjawab, Perusahaan, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan, Pekerja Shift Malam, Wanita ABTRACTThe Purpose of this article is to find out what the responsibilities of the company owner or entrepreneur are for the safety and health of their workers, especially women in the night shift system, in making this article using a normative menthod of assessment that uses primary legal materials, some quated from statutory regulations and secondary legal meterials which come from a scientific work, research results, book and internet media or website. The result of this are to clarify how the form of employer responsibility for the safety and health of female workers who work using the night shift system, what are the factor that cause work accident to accour and how to take preventive measures to that these accident do not happen again, which has been stated in the Law number 13 of 2003 cornerning labor, Law number 8 of 1981 cornerning wage protection, Law number 3 of 1992 cornerning of social security for workers, Law 1 of 1970 cornerning works safety, and if imployers do not understand how to proper procedures for the safety and health of workers have been regulated in a minister of manpower regulation No.per 04/men/1989 cornerning procedures and protection system for female workers at the nightKeywords : Responsibility, Company, Safety and health, Night sught workers, Women”
