Abstract:

“Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaturan hukum tentang peredaran produk skincare tanpa label bahasa Indonesia dan untuk mengtahui bagaimana bentuk pertanggungjawaban pelaku usaha apabila terjadi kerugiaan akibat dari penjualan produk skincare tanpa label bahasa Indonesia tersebut. Hasil penelitian bahwa pengaturan hukum tentang peredaran produk skincare tanpa label bahasa Indonesia telah diatur secara tegaz dan jelas dalam Pasal 8 huruf j UUPK dan dalam Peraturan BPOM bahwa pelaku usaha dalam hal pelabelan ataupun penandaan produk harus ditulis dengan bahasa Indonesia. Pelaku usaha dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban apabila terjadi kerugian. The research method used in this paper is a empirical research method. This paper aims to find out the legal arrangements regarding the circulation of skincare products without the Indonesian language label and to find out how the forms of business actors are liable in the event of loss due to the sale of skincare products without the Indonesian label. The results of the study show that the legal arrangements regarding the circulation of skincare products without the Indonesian label have been clearly regulated in Article 8 letter j of the UUPK and in the BPOM Regulation that businesses in labeling or marking products must be written in Indonesian. Business actors can be held liable if a loss occurs.”
