Abstract:

“Proses memperkuat aturan pada desa adat Bali, partisipasi masyarakat baik itu partisipasi laki-laki atau bahkan partisipasi perempuan pun sangat penting. Hal ini bertujuan untuk tercapainya keadilan antara kedua belah pihak, mengacu pada HAM serta mencegah terjadinya ketidakadilan dalam keberlangsungan kehidupan. Studi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan sebagai bahan evaluasi serta dapat menyadarkan bahwa partisipansi perempuan dalam proses penguatan pada desa adat sangat penting. Studi ini menerapkan metode penelitian yaitu pendekatan hukum normatif dengan fokus pada analisis peraturan perundang-undangan. Hasil studi ini dapat menunjukkan serta dapat memberikan penggerak kesadaran bahwa partisipasi perempuan sangat perlu dalam upaya memperkuat aturan desa adat terkhususnya di Bali. The process for fortifying an ancestral rural community in Bali, the participation of community, whether the participant of men or even the participant of women, is extremely important. This is intended to achieve gender equality, which is a human right, and also to prevent injustice in the continuity of life. This research was conducted to provide evaluation material and raise awareness about the important role of women in strengthening traditional communities. This study employs the research method of a normative legal approach similar to specific emphasis akin to the analysis of statutory regulations. The conclusions of this research can supply propulsion and rights that feminine participation is very required for strengthening a traditional village, especially in Bali.”
