Abstract:

“Tulisan ini bertujuan agar warga penduduk memperoleh pemahaman aturan hokum serta lebih mengerti tentang hak kekayaan intelektual tentang hak cipta, khususnya di bidang seni musik. Penyajian ini berlandaskan metode normatif, berdasarkan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual dan analisis. Kesimpulannya mengindikasikan bahwa Peraturan Pemerintah No. 56 tahun 2021 memberikan dampak negatif dan positif. Pemegang hak cipta mempunyai kepastian hukum lebih tegas sehubungan dengan ciptaannya. Akan tetapi di lain pihak, untuk sebagian orang serta pengusaha, aturan ini merupakan peraturan yang membebani jika dikaji dari aspek pendapatan yang dihasilkan. Penerapan yang dilaksanakan tersirat kurang memperhatikan kondisi keuangan pengusaha. This writing was intended to enable people to understand the law of the law and to understand more about the intellectual property rights of copyright, especially in the field of music art. It is based on normatif methods, based on constitutional approaches, conceptual and analysis. His conclusion indicates that the 56-year 2021 government regulation had a negative and positive effect. Copyright holders have more firm certainty of the law regarding their creations. On the other hand, for some people and businessmen, these rules are burdensome as regards the income aspect. The application implies a lack of concern for entrepreneurs’ financial condition.”
