Abstract:

“ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja dan PMDN terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Bali, 2) menganalisis pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja, PMDN dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Bali, 3) menganalisis peran pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam memediasi pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja dan PMDN terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini berlokasi di 9 Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Bali menggunakan data yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik, yang dianalis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Variabel jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, 2) Variabel PMDN tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, 3) Variabel jumlah tenaga kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, 4) Variabel PMDN berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan,5)Variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, 6) Pertumbuhan ekonomi memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, 7) Pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak memediasi PMDN terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan adalah investasi hendaknya diarahkan pada wilayah diluar Sarbagita yang memiliki investasi fisik yang rendah agar alokasi investasi merata di seluruh wilayah dan sektor yang ada. The results of this study indicate that 1) The variable number of workers has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, 2) The variable PMDN has no significant effect on economic growth, 3) The variable number of workers has a negative and significant effect on poverty levels, 4) The variable PMDN has an effect negative but not significant to poverty levels, 5) Economic growth variables have a negative and significant effect on poverty levels, 6) Economic growth significantly mediates the effect of the number of workers on poverty levels, 7) Economic growth does not mediate PMDN on poverty levels. The advice that can be given is that investment should be directed to areas outside Sarbagita which have low physical investment so that investment allocation is evenly distributed across all regions and sectors.
