Abstract:
“ABSTRACT The purpose of this reseach is to know the the effect of user satisfaction with ALEKSA service. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. This research is located in the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Yogyakarta. The population of this study was 426 respondents. Determination of the sample from this research is a probability sampling technique with the simple random sampling approach. This research is futher more using the data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire by using independent variables is user satisfaction and the dependent variable is ALEKSA service. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research were tested by hypothesis testing with sig. t count <(? = 0.05), it can be concluded that user satisfaction has an effect on ALEKSA service in Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Yogyakarta.
