Abstract:
“ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the Senayan Library Information Management (SLIMS) utilization in Central Library of Warmadewa University. This study used a qualitative descriptive writing method. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The informants were selected based on criteria which were specified by researchers and one library manager fulfill the criteria. The informant in this study is the librarian of central library of Warmadewa University, as they use SLIMS in their library. The Results from this study indicate that the use of SLIMS at the Central Library of Warmadewa University is very useful for the jobs, especially in the processing, search the catalog and circulation. SLIMS utilization at the Central Library of Warmadewa University is good enough, just need to add security gate for library security, develop the program in the OPAC to provide more information to the user and update the library card for the smooth running of all activities in the library.
