Abstract:
“Persalinan sering dianggap sebagai suatu hal yang mengerikan bagi sebagian wanita, sehingga timbul kecemasan yang dirasakan ibu hamil mengenai proses persalinan tersebut. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kecemasan yaitu dengan melakukan asuhan antenatal senam yoga. Olahraga yang memadukan kesehatan antara pikiran, tubuh, dan jiwa dalam menjalani proses kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam yoga terhadap tingkat kecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan pada ibu primigravida trimester III. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis pra-experimental dengan rancangan one-group pre test – post test design tanpa adanya kelompok kontrol. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 orang didapat dari teknik sampling purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji statistik didapatkan nilai z = -5,098, dengan p value = 0,000, (p<? (0,05), dengan demikian didapat hasil senam yoga berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan pada ibu primigravida trimester III. One way to overcome anxiety is to perform yoga exercises antenatal care. A sport that combines the health of the mind, body, and soul in undergoing the process of pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of yoga exercises on the level of anxiety in the face of labor in primigravida third trimester.
